Said property is levied upon as the property of Matt Bauer, Et Al and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 10th day of June, 2025, in favor of Sombrero Property Tax Fund I LLC and against the said Matt Bauer, Et Al for the sum of $37,146.72 principal, court costs of $343.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
