NOTICE OF SHERIFF SALE REAL PROPERTY (Sale to be held as near to 10:15 AM as possible) By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the 296th District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 8th day of April, 2016 in the case of: First Service Bank Vs. Leonard J. Myrick and Sandra K. Myrick Case: 296-05199-2015, and directed and delivered to me as Sheriff of Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 13th day of April, 2016, and will between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of June, 2016, it being the 7th day of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempt, all the rights, title and interest which the said Leonard J. Myrick and Sandra K. Myrick had of, in and to the following described real property, to wit: Being Lot 9, in Block A, of THE RANGER ADDITION, an Addition to the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, according to the Map thereof recorded in Volume B, Page 119, of the Map Records of Collin County, Texas. More commonly known as 2601 Kelsey CT. Plano Texas 75075. Said property is levied upon as the property of Leonard J. Myrick and Sandra K. Myrick, and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, on the 30th day in March, 2016, in favor of First Service Bank, and against the said Leonard J. Myrick and Sandra K. Myrick, for the sum of $114,069.78 as Principal, with interest, attorney's fees, along with court cost and other fees for execution this writ.
