NOTICE OF PETITION TO TERMINATE PARENTAL RIGHTS
STATE OF KANSAS, TO:
Hollie Ann Dowd, biological mother of the above-named child, and others who are or may be concerned.
TAKE NOTICE that Amber Beaver and Robert Beaver have filed a Petition in the above action seeking termination of the parental rights of the biological mother of the above named minor child, and requesting permission to proceed with the adoption of the above named minor child, born to Hollie Ann Dowd. If the Petition is granted, all parental rights of the minor child's biological mother shall be terminated and will proceed to adoption without the need of consent from the biological mother without further notice to the biological mother.
You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 31st day of May, 2018 at 9:00 am in Division 15 of the Johnson County District Court at the Courthouse in Olathe, Johnson County, Kansas, at which time and place the Petition will be heard by the court, and should you fail therein, judgment will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
