By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the 366th District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 18th day of June, 2019, in the case of:
Stoney Hollow Residential Association, Inc. vs. The Estate of Fred B. Eichstaedt
Case: 366-01396-2019, and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Precinct 1, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 2nd day of July, 2019, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of August, 2019, it being the 6th of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Estate of Fred B Eichstaedt had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK A, STONEY HOLLOW PHASE SIX, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PLANO, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET N, PAGE 328, MAP RECORDS, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS.
Said property is levied upon as the property of Estate of Fred B Eichstaedt and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 15th day of May, 2019, in favor of Stoney Hollow Residential Association, Inc. and against the said Estate of Fred B Eichstaedt for the sum of $5,441.59 principal with interest at 7.5%, $4000.00, per annum from the 15th day of May, 2019, court costs of $489.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
