CONSTABLE SALE
REAL PROPERTY
(Sale to be held as near to 10:00 A.M. as possible)
By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the 471st Judicial District Court of Collin County, Collin County, Texas, on the 17th day of September, 2020, in the case of:
Wylie Independent School District
vs.
Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Newton Bryant, Et Al.
Case: 471-00309-2019, and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Precinct 2, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 17th day of September, 2020, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of November, 2020, it being the 3rd of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, 2100 Bloomdale Rd. in the City of McKinney, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said, Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Newton Bryant, Et Al., had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNT 1. R1162000015B1
LOT 16 AND THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 1, FAIRVIEW ADDITION, AKA 326 S. 2ND STREET, CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 527, PAGE 429, AND VOLUME 992, PAGE 523, OF THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED RECORDS.
Said property is levied upon as the property of Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Newton Bryant, Et Al. and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 23rd day of October, 2019, in favor of Wylie Independent School District / Intervenors Collin County, City of Wylie and Collin County CCD and against the said Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Newton Bryant, Et Al., Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Irene Bryant, Donald Bryant (In Rem Only), and Judy Louise Bryant a/k/a Judy Louise Cook (In Rem Only) and all unknown persons owning, having or claiming any interest or lien in the property described herein, and the unknown heirs and legal representatives of all defendants for the sum of $18,585.49 for tax years 2010 - 2018, penalties, interest, attorney's fees through the date of judgment, $2,030.00 court costs, post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law, and further costs of executing this writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
