By virtue of a WRIT of Venditioni Exponas issued by the Collin County Court at Law # 003 of Collin County, Texas, on the 27th day of April, 2017, in the case of:
Unifund CCR Partners vs. Stephen W. Toth
Case: 003-00896-2008, and directed and delivered to me, Sammy Knapp, as Constable of Precinct 3, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 10th day of February, 2017, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of July, 2017, it being the 04th of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Toth, Stephen W. had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block D, of Imperial Park No. 2, An addition to the City of Plano, Texas, According to the Map thereof Recorded in Volume C, page 239, of the Map Records of Collin County, Texas. Commonly known as: 1309 Seabrook Dr, Plano, TX 75023.
Said property is levied upon as the property of Toth, Stephen W. and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 6th day of July, 2008, in favor of Unifund CCR Partners and against the said Toth, Stephen W. for the sum of $ 16688.85 principal with interest at 6.0 % per annum from the 6th day of July, 2008, court costs of $ 243.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.

Case: 01-SC-16-00227, and directed and delivered to me Sammy Knapp as Constable of Precinct 3, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 4th day of May, 2017, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of July, 2017, it being the 04th of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Havlovick, Ronald had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Cimarron Court Condominiums Phase 1, Bldg H, Unit 325; commonly known as 18333 Roehampton Drive, # 325, Dallas, TX 75252
Said property is levied upon as the property of Havlovick, Ronald and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 17th day of March, 2017, in favor of Zahra Farahani and against the said Havlovick, Ronald for the sum of $ 4550.00 principal with interest at 5.0 % per annum from the 17th day of March, 2017, court costs of $ 41.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
