NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty two days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.

You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiffs petition at or before 10:00 oclock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday the 26th day of August, 2019 at or before 10 oclock a.m., before the 401st District Court of Collin County, at the Courthouse in McKinney, Texas.
Said Plaintiffs Petition was filed on the 12th day of April, 2019 in this case, numbered 401-01999-2019 on the docket of said court, and styled: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for Park Place Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-WCW2 vs. Samon Som and Sang Son and The Heirs at Law of Sang Son, Deceased, Re: 4221 Crestfield Drive Richardson, TX 75082.
The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. are Plaintiffs and Samon Som; Sang Son; The Heirs at Law of Sang Son are Defendants.
A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; The Petition seeks an order to foreclose the lien on the property and assert a claim to the property located at 4221 Crestfield Drive, Richardson, TX 75082 and legally described as: LOT 13, BLOCK A, AN AMENDING PLAT OF MORONEY FARMS, PHASE TWO, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RICHARDSON, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP RECORDED IN CABINET N, SLIDE 851, PLAT RECORDS, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS.
