You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiffs petition at or before 10:00 oclock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday the 5th day of July, 2021 at or before 10 oclock a.m., before the 199th District Court of Collin County, at the Courthouse in McKinney, Texas.

Ivy and Carolyn S. Ivy and the Heirs at Law of Danny L. Ivy, Deceased, Defendants RE: 172 Prairie Creek Circle Princeton TX 75407.
The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2019-2, U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee are Plaintiffs and Carolyn S. Ivy; Danny L. Ivy; The Heirs at Law of Danny L. Ivy, Deceased are Defendants.
A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; The Petition seeks an order to foreclose the lien on the property and assert a claim to the property located at 172 Prairie Creek Circle, Princeton, TX75407 and legally described as: BEING LOT 5, IN BLOCK C, OF PRAIRIE CREEK HILLS, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PRINCETON, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME C, PAGE 621, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, as is more fully shown by Plaintiffs Petition on file in this suit.
