NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty two days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.

Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiffs petition at or before 10:00 oclock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday the 28th day of May, 2018 at or before 10 oclock a.m., before the 199th District Court of Collin County, at the Courthouse in McKinney, Texas.
Said Plaintiffs Petition was filed on the 16th day of August, 2017 in this case, numbered 199-03814-2017 on the docket of said court, and styled: CitiMortgage, Inc. vs. Gabriel Escobedo a/k/a Gabriel Martinez Escobedo and The Heirs at Law of Gabriel Escobedo a/k/a Gabriel Martinez Escobedo, Deceased RE: 1208 Bonner Avenue McKinney, TX 75069.
The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: Citimortgage Inc are Plaintiffs and Gabriel Escobedo; Maria Geniva Garcia; Gabriel Gonzalez Escobedo; Joseph Daniel Escobedo; The Heirs at Law of Gabriel Escobedo a/k/a Gabriel Martinez Escobedo, Deceased; Nelly Herrera Gonzalez are Defendants.
A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; The Petition seeks an order to foreclose the lien on the property and assert a claim to the property located at 1208 Bonner Avenue, McKinney, TX 75069 and legally described as: Being a 10,000 square foot tract or parcel of land situated in the Thomas T. Bradley survey, abstract number 88, in the City of McKinney, Collin County Texas; being the southwest one-quarter of block 6 of the G. W. Fox addition, an addition to said City of McKinney according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 1, page 55 of the map and plat records of Collin County, Texas (MRCCT); and being more particularly described by metes and bounds in exhibit A attached thereto and made a part thereof for all purposes.
