If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty two days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.”

The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: Bluestone Partners, LLC are Plaintiffs and Casey Pike; Shaun Pike are Defendants.
A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; The nature of the suit is as follows: A demand from Plaintiff Bluestone Partners, LLC to Casey Pike and Shaun Pike, Individually and dba Shaun Pike Painting, Defendants, in an amount in excess of the minimal jurisdictional limits of the court plus attorneys fees, interest, penalties, and costs, for damages as a result of breach of contract and negligence.
